At SGI we understand that when you purchase a battery you need peace of mind knowing that you have access to reliable service while your battery is covered under warranty. For this reason we have carefully selected and trained a total of five Authorized Claim Centers throughout Trinidad (Tobago coming soon) to ensure that you have access to professional, reliable after sales service should the need arise. Our Authorized Claim centers are strategically located for ease of access, equipped with state of the art testers and manned by well trained professionals to ensure that you receive the highest level of customer care long after you have purchased our batteries. Many of our dealers are also authorised to settle warranty issues for their own customers so be sure to check with the outlet that you are purchasing the battery from to confirm your options in the event of a battery failure. |
Remember, you must have your warranty validated by one of our authorized claim centers, or by the dealer you purchased your battery from (if authorised to do so), within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Failure to do so will void your warranty.
